Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo asserts its mastery in audacious design as it introduces Virtuosity, a groundbreaking model from its flagship 74Steel line. Continuing from the first of its line, the 72-meter Silver Fox, Virtuosity ups the extravagance stakes as it stands as Sanlorenzo’s largest construction to date.
Sanlorenzo acknowledges a noteworthy shift from the Silver Fox, as Virtuosity introduces design and architectural features hitherto unseen in the yachting world. The opulent water vessel spotlights an integrated living tree that spans two decks, a submerged aquarium melded into its hull, and an expansive 230-square-meter ‘Ocean Resort’.
Conjure up the image of the perfect weekend party boat, and the new Santasevera 42 Sport might just fit the bill. Designed by Francesco Guida, founder of Santasevera Yachts, this open day cruiser takes many design cues from the brand’s flagship 52, principal among them being the artful fluidity and continuity of space.
A central island sunbed bridges the gap between the swim platform and aft deck, providing a delightful lounging area. Moving further into the boat, a pair of comfy loungers draws the walkway towards a sheltered C-shaped dinette on the portside. An ingenious table that can be angled in any direction adds to the cruiser’s appeal, proving that luxury doesn’t have to forfeit pragmatism. Behind the helm on the starboard side lies a compact but elegantly designed L-shaped galley with two fridges and a subtly integrated champagne drawer.
