Conceptualising the Future of Luxury Sailing: Antonini Navi Raises the Bar with its Seminal Seamore 34
The Italian shipbuilding luminary, Antonini Navi has made a foray into the innovative world of steel superyachts under 500 Gross Tonnage (GT). Introducing the Antonini Navi Seamore 34, the firm challenges conventional yacht designs, conjuring charm with its heightened bow, vertical stem, and intrepid explorer aesthetic.\ The Seamore 34 is not only the first steel superyacht from Antonini Navi but also ushers a fresh line of semi-custom boats from the yacht builder. Constructed at La Spezia shipyard, this dramatic architectural marvel boasts a towering and robust superstructure. Its dynamic form elegantly pairs with cutaway bulwark sections and probable fold-down terraces flanking the enclosed saloon and the aft-open cockpit.\ Collaborating with Milan’s esteemed design studio, Hot Lab, the yacht reveals a harmonious blend of classical and modern aesthetics within its restful interiors. The main deck offers over 1,600ft² of space for free movement and integration. An intelligent design ushers seamless continuity across different zones, deftly utilising sliding glass panels to adjust the space to exact preference. The smart fit-out continues the flow with antiqued glass, ribbed surfaces, and pastel lacquered panels that play brilliantly with the light coming through the tall windows.\ The wealth of outdoor zones like the decks fore and aft the central sky lounge, add to the yacht’s grandeur. Despite the large outdoor space, there is over 500ft² of socialising space tucked beneath the hardtop canopy. Though the intricate layout details remain under wraps until its first show appearance in 2026, it’s revealed that the yacht can capably accommodate ten guests aside from six crew members. Designed for ultimate customisation, this purposeful steel and aluminium superyacht promises a top speed of around 13 knots and an ocean-crossing range at 10 knots over about 4,000 nautical miles.
