Lymington Yacht Haven

The marina lies low beside the salt marshes and the busy Lymington River. Ferries, racing boats and cruising yachts keep the scene in motion.

Use current harbour directions, account for ferry movements and call the marina on VHF Channel 80. The published waypoint and depths are planning clues only, never a substitute for charts and present conditions.

The channel is published at approximately 2.5 metres below chart datum, with some deeper berths around 3 metres below chart datum. Actual berth depth and vessel suitability must be confirmed.

Staff and security are available 24 hours. Other facilities should be checked directly, particularly when seasonal opening or a specific berth service matters.

The boatyard lift is published at approximately 50 tonnes. Confirm current capacity, beam, slings, hull type and storage arrangements before booking.

Lymington is a proper town as well as a sailing centre, with the river, quay and New Forest edge giving crews several reasons to stay beyond one night.
