Get set for a spectacular show as the Superyacht Cup Palma turns thirty, welcoming a thrilling new performance multihull class to the starting line.

In a momentous year marking its 30th edition, the Superyacht Cup Palma set to unfurl its sails again from 24 to 27 June 2026, at the famed Club de Mar-Mallorca. Delivering high-seas excitement on a grander scale than ever before, this edition will inaugurate a thrilling performance multihull class, complementing the regatta’s traditional superyacht classes, J Class, Café Racer, and Corinthian categories. In 2025, the spectacular 24-metre Wally sailing yacht Rose made history, defending her title and becoming the first yacht to clinch three consecutive overall victories. This year’s competition promises no less excitement, with formidable contenders ready to challenge her supremacy, including the Baltic 108 Win Win - a former Superyacht Cup Palma victor, and last year’s Class A champion, the 35-metre Southern Wind Gelliceaux. Other promising entrants include the J Class yachts Rainbow and Svea, along with Baltic 68 Café Racers Ganesha and Scorpione di Mare. Adding further intrigue to this high-stakes contest, several newcomers will be joining the Palma regatta for the first time. They include the Wally 100 Inco, the Swan 90S Hummingbird (formerly Leonara), and performance multihulls Highland Fling 18 and Allegra. The competitive spirit of this revered regatta is matched only by its adaptability and commitment to enticing both returning and new competitors. In the words of event director, Kate Branagh, ‘Superyacht Cup Palma has a long and remarkable history, balancing evolving with the superyacht racing world and consistently welcoming new and loyal yachts to Palma’s unique setting.’ With such a distinguished lineup and the thrilling addition of the new class, this 30th edition of the Superyacht Cup Palma is already promising to be a regatta for the ages.
