After an extensive refit and extension, the first renderings of the 45m yacht Luis Lima, renovated from disuse, are now unveiled.

At a majestic 45 meters following seven-meter extension and inclusive of a thorough refit, the Alpha Marine yacht Luis Lima, resurfaces from her dormant state in Greece. Set to be relaunched from the Izmir site in late 2026, the yacht boasts a brand-new design by Baran Akalın, graced with an impressive 90-square-meter beach club - a prized feature in modern yachting. This space is outfitted with sizeable fold-down balconies, a Jacuzzi, lounge and dining areas, and a disappearing rotatable television.

A grand novelty for a 45-meter build, Luis Lima will house two commodious saloons, five guest cabins, and a full-service wellness center. You will traverse through a wine cellar on the lower deck before making it to the upper deck that serves as the owner’s abode. The upper deck features a captain’s bridge at the bow and a Jacuzzi and seating area. A bar, digital gaming table, and a significant storage space adorn the owner’s saloon. The suite includes a well-appointed bathroom with an integrated bathtub, a walk-in wardrobe, and access to a private garden terrace.

The fly deck has been reimagined with a third Jacuzzi, sun pads, lounge seating, a fully equipped service area midship, and an aft-facing bar. Whether you’re looking to watch F1 races when docked in Monaco or enjoy an exclusive dinner by the sea, Luis Lima’s redesigned, spacious, and versatile areas are ready to cater to your every need.
