The MB92 Golfe-Juan Facility Unveils Modernised Site after Massive €5m Enhancement, Pioneering New Standards in Yacht Refits
With an investment plan of a whopping €5 million aimed at site modernisation and ensuring environmental compliance, the MB92 Golfe-Juan has reemerged as a new yacht servicing power player. The upgraded centre was formally launched in the presence of prominent representations from Vallauris Golfe-Juan, partners, clients, and the MB92 crew, marking the successful end of a rigorous, extensive revamp procedure. Nestled between Cannes and Antibes, the MB92 Golfe-Juan centre is a force to be reckoned with in the yacht refit, maintenance, and repair sector for vessels measuring up to 43 metres. The facility provides a cornucopia of services including mechanical and electrical engineering, painting, carpentry, and full rebuilds- marking its dominance in the industry. Philippe Escousse, the site manager and a seasoned skipper with vast yacht refit experience was at the heart of this project, synergising MB92’s operational efficiencies whilst ensuring smooth transitions for existing patrons. This grand reveal is considered an admirable milestone that is a testament to the team’s remarkable professionalism. Finishing touches to the site encompass the comprehensive resurfacing of the facility’s 8,600 square metres of firm standing, a high-efficiency water treatment system (UDEP), and a complete refurbishment of workshops and office spaces. These improvements were thoughtfully designed to boost operational efficiency, raise safety measures, and adhere to environmental performance standards across the premises. Toeing the line with the project’s completion, MB92 Golfe-Juan is now perfectly positioned to deliver upgraded refit, repair, and maintenance services within the competitive Mediterranean yacht servicing sector. The centre’s fervour to build strong alliances with local suppliers and contractors, to provide clients with service par excellence, is a promising sign of things to come for the renovated facility.
