The renowned Italian shipyard, Baglietto raises the bar by successfully launching Sui Generis, the seventh superyacht from its lauded DOM 133 series.

Baglietto, the famed Italian shipyard, has successfully launched Sui Generis, the seventh hull from its esteemed 40.9-meter DOM 133 series. This iconic superyacht series has become the hallmark of Baglietto’s pursuit of design innovation, superior performance, and exquisite craftsmanship. Launched at the yard’s La Spezia facilities, Sui Generis sports a uniquely striking cobalt blue hull and deck design that instantly sets it apart from its predecessors. Functionality blends seamlessly with aesthetics, as demonstrated by the extensive customisation potential of the interiors. Two VIP suites on the lower deck can be cleverly transformed into a second full-beam master cabin with a seamless sliding partition mechanism.

However, underneath its alluring design and expansive space is a beast of an engine. The Sui Generis houses twin Caterpillar C32 engines, capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots. This unparalleled combination of power, luxury, and design is what sets Baglietto’s DOM 133 series apart. The launch of Sui Generis not only marks Baglietto’s seventh successful launch this year but also underscores the shipyard’s commitment to meeting the most specific needs of the discerning yacht owner. With two more DOM 133 units under construction, scheduled for delivery in 2026 and 2027, the future looks bright for Baglietto’s innovative shipbuilding trajectory.
