Club M, the celebrated 39.8-metre motor yacht built by Baglietto, has attracted a new owner who appreciates its unique design and superior functionality.

The illustrious 39.8-metre Baglietto motor yacht, Club M, has found a new custodian. Brokers Will Christie and Felix Sowerbutts from Christie Yachts represented the seller, whereas the buyer was introduced by Jonathan Barbe of Edmiston. Crafted competently in aluminium by the renowned Italian yard and delivered in 2020, the yacht has become a symbol of superiority within the industry, winning ‘Best Motor Yacht, 40-50m’ at the 2021 World Superyacht Awards. It also acquired recognition for ‘Best Motor Yacht, Interior Design under 499GT’ at the Design & Innovation Awards.

Club M is a testament to the refined taste of an owner with three decades worth of boating experience. The owner invested three years in the design process, visiting and assessing various designers and yards across Europe. His real estate development knowledge reflected in the yacht’s well-thought-out layout and design aesthetics.

Accommodation onboard Club M is for up to 12 guests in five luxurious cabins, with the master cabin on the main deck benefiting from a vast extending balcony to starboard. This feature, as pointed out by the brokers, is typically found on a larger yacht. Additional guest cabins are conveniently located on the lower deck, with one converted into a gym but readily convertible back into a guest cabin. The yacht also houses sectors for a crew of six in three cabins.

The super yacht’s fore and aft outdoor spaces are designed to encourage social interactions, meetings or leisure sunbathing, all within the confines of luxury. The Jacuzzi aft allows an uninterrupted view of the yacht’s wake, a feature that adds to the naval charm one can experience on the Club M.

Baglietto’s pride is powered by twin 1,600hp Caterpillar engines, which allow for a maximum speed of 17.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, promising a cruising range of 3,500 nautical miles.

Club M was built to ensure optimal operational efficiency and privacy, two essential attributes for any potential yacht owner. The guest’s comfort and privacy were highly prioritised during the design and build phase, resulting in carefully concealed crew ladders and impressively low levels of sound and vibration onboard.
