2025 was a remarkable year for RS Sailing, encapsulating their core values: participation, progress, and performance. The year was marked by notable events, enthusiastic community involvement, and an unbroken commitment to inclusive sailing.

RS Sailing kicked off the year at Boot Düsseldorf, unveiling their latest achievement; the RS Aira 22. This Dutch design, comfortable and versatile, represents a major leap towards a significant presence in the leisure and tourism sector. The response was impressive, with the product sold out until 2026, making it clear that it’s more than just a new boat launch, it’s an exciting chapter for RS Sailing.

The year also celebrated a great milestone: a decade of the RS Quest, a boat that has become an integral part of training and community sailing worldwide. The triumphs concluded with young Fred’s victory in the RS Quest Photo Competition, for his sunrise photographs over the Solent.

The racing season was no less than a thrilling adventure either. Notably, the RS Fest Miami returned at Coconut Grove Sailing Club, delivering atmospheric racing conditions. The summer season announced a full schedule of international RS events. Standouts included the RS Aero World Championship in Quiberon, France, and the RS21 World Championship in Porto Rotondo, Italy, with over 200 sailors battling big waves and gusty winds.

Overall, 2025 was a year that reaffirmed RS Sailing’s commitment to cultivating a sense of community, enthusiasm, and participation on global waters.
