Known for his sailing prowess and sea navigational expertise, Tim Kent is set to take on the high stakes Global Solo Challenge 2027-2028. Originating from Oyster Bay, New York, Kent boasts an impressive sea record, having sailed approximately 100,000 miles. His achievements also include a solo global race with stopovers where he sailed expertly into the second position during the 2002-2003 Around Alone Race, aboard a Jim Antrim-designed Open 50.
