Teams from Six Continents Gearing Up for 2025 Offshore Double Handed World Championships
The world is all set to witness a truly international spectacle as teams from six continents are readying themselves for a prestigious regatta. The Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC), in association with Cap-Regatta and backed by LGL and Jeanneau, are set to organize the much-awaited 2025 Offshore Double Handed World Championships. The event will run from September 22 through to October 1, unfurling a series of thrilling races off the coasts of the Isle of Wight’s Cowes.
Competing for the world title, the Offshore Double Handed Worlds will host 22 teams. The teams, comprising men and women colossally skilled in the art of sailing, will compete in an intense series of offshore races. The races are set to unravel aboard the top-notch Sun Fast 30 One Design boats, seizing the spectators’ hearts with mind-boggling performances.
But the event isn’t purely about the race. True to its legacy, RORC is known for its legendary hospitality as well.
