The world is all set to witness a truly international spectacle as teams from six continents are readying themselves for a prestigious regatta. The Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC), in association with Cap-Regatta and backed by LGL and Jeanneau, are set to organize the much-awaited 2025 Offshore Double Handed World Championships. The event will run from September 22 through to October 1, unfurling a series of thrilling races off the coasts of the Isle of Wight’s Cowes.
Competing for the world title, the Offshore Double Handed Worlds will host 22 teams. The teams, comprising men and women colossally skilled in the art of sailing, will compete in an intense series of offshore races. The races are set to unravel aboard the top-notch Sun Fast 30 One Design boats, seizing the spectators’ hearts with mind-boggling performances.
Day 4 of the much-anticipated WASZP Games 2025 turned out to be somewhat of a meteorological roulette. Launching into crisp sunshine and playful winds, sailors took to the water with animated gusto, eager to make the best of the day’s promising conditions. The day’s agenda: catching the delightful wind and radiant sun while they persisted.
