Luxury Sanlorenzo Superyachts Mouchka and Piccolino Experience Financial Waves with Price Reduction and Resale

Recently, two luxury yachts from Italian shipbuilder Sanlorenzo experienced contrasting financial trajectories, reflecting the dynamic and often unpredictable nature of the yachting market. The 35.7-metre motor yacht Mouchka had a stunning €600,000 reduction to its listing, bringing its asking price down to €12,900,000. This price cut adds to the allure of the 2021-delivered yacht, which is known for its clean, elegant exterior lines and asymmetrical layout, maximizing the interior volume and connection to the sea. Its interiors, designed by Bismut & Bismut, epitomize contemporary chic, with a neutral colour palette and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The yacht accommodates ten guests across five luxurious cabins, each dressed in vibrant and navy blues, reflecting a nautical theme. Mouchka’s exterior spaces span three decks, each offering versatile social and entertainment hubs. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, the yacht reaches top speeds of 18 knots. On the other hand, the 29.1-metre motor yacht Piccolino managed to find a buyer and was renamed Alein. Delivered by Sanlorenzo in 2017, Alein is a study in modern design, with interiors and exteriors by Francesco Paszkowski. The yacht underwent a refit in 2022, ensuring its continued prestige and ‘immaculately maintained’ status. With accommodation for eight guests across four cabins and power from two MTU diesel engines that allow her to reach speeds of up to 28 knots, Alein’s new owner certainly has a fantastic seafaring experience ahead. Both yachts testify to Sanlorenzo’s commitment to superior design, engineering and craftsmanship especially in the realm of superyachts, and continue to impact the yacht market.
