Exciting Advancements in Greek Yachting: Overmarine Group Announces Sale of the Fourth Mangusta GranSport 34 Yacht

Overmarine Group, an iconic brand in the world of powerful motor yachts, has recently made waves by selling their fourth Mangusta GranSport 34 yacht. The sale was successful through the budding dealership agreement with Sea Alliance Group in Greece.

Renowned for their magnificent design and engineering prowess, Overmarine Group entrusts the Mangusta GranSport 34’s design to their own Engineering Department and the talented designer, Alberto Mancini. The Mangusta GranSport 34 is the glorious successor to the yard’s critically acclaimed GranSport 33 model. Equipped with four Volvo Penta IPS engines, the GranSport 34 boats a top speed of 24 knots. Not just fast, the yacht also offers enhanced manoeuvrability, improved fuel efficiency, reduced vibrations and noise disturbances, providing a top-notch luxury sailing experience.

Sea Alliance Group has been strengthening and expanding its Greek network for over 27 years but this partnership with Overmarine Group signifies a new chapter of growth. They will manage a selection of Mangusta yachts for charter while supporting clients with operational assistance. Mangusta sales manager, Nicolò Strocco openly expressed delight at this venture, emphasizing that this alliance is a ‘natural evolution’ for their brand in the area, based on shared values and a long-term outlook.

A ripple effect of this new partnership is that Sea Alliance Group’s Greek clients will now have direct access to Mangusta yachts, given the Group will directly manage some charter yachts. This directly ties Greek clients to the renowned Italian brand within their home country.

This sale follows the recent launch of the yard’s first GranSport 34 yacht, which will be delivered to an American owner in May, further broadening the geographic reach of the prestigious GranSport lineup.
