Exquisite Maiora 36 Exuma Motor Yacht Sold Ahead of Imminent 2025 Delivery

Riding the wave of the sea and the crest of excellence, an in-build 36.9-metre Maiora 36 Exuma motor yacht, is set for scheduled delivery next month. Still, it’s already been snapped up by its new owner in an exciting sale. The transaction was managed by the yacht enthusiasts Michel Chryssicopoulos and Costas Dimopoulos from IYC.

Construction on this Italian gem began in January 2024 under speculation. Maiora, a crown jewel of the Next Yacht Group, built it out of GRP. The Italian studio Quartostile envisioned the yacht as a ‘bold explorer’, cementing its place as the fifth unit from the yard’s prestigious Maiora 36 Exuma series. It follows in the wake of its illustrious predecessors Pesa II and Tofan.

True to their reputation, Acube Design has adorned the interiors with a contemporary style, using premium materials and a soothing palette. The creative use of curved finishes and smart storage solutions translates into a luxurious yet practical space.

The yacht’s design emphasises its connection with the sea, featuring expansive windows that flood the living spaces with natural light. One can venture into the main saloon, equipped with low-profile seating and a sleek marble coffee table, to appreciate this aquatic bond. A relaxed aft deck, adorned with large sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, further blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

Among the other exciting features, a climate-controlled skylounge on the flybridge that can be transformed into an open-air space stands out. The yacht also boasts generous deck areas for lounging and dining, a jacuzzi flanked by sunpads on the foredeck, and a sunken, floating seating nestled into the bow with a sunpad spread across the sundeck.

The yacht has a beam spanning 7.9 metres. After its scheduled delivery to her owner, the new build is billed to make its grand debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show in September. The Maiora 36 Exuma is commanding an attractive tag of €20,300,000.
