Perini Navi Delivers Fourth Hull of its 60m Series: The Elegant Katana Yacht

Secured at The Italian Sea Group’s Marina di Carrara, the coveted yacht is armying up for its first sail towards Gibraltar. Following the helm of her sisterships Perseus 3, Seahawk, and Seven, the construction of Katana took off in 2016 and was acquired a year after by the owner of the Monaco-based Gamma Yachts. After a short pause, the beauty resumed its creation process in 2022, now finally gracing the waters.

In terms of onboard comfort, Katana astonishes with her interior arrangement that presents a master suite along with five stylish guest cabins. Her elegant interiors are the creation of renowned French designer Rémi Tessier. While the shipyard remains alluringly discreet about revealing full details, it promises ‘refined’ settings for voyagers, negating any need for excessive display to impress.

Echoing the resounding success of Katana’s delivery, Gianmaria Costantino, the Chief Commercial Officer of The Italian Sea Group, expressed that the launch marks another milestone for Perini Navi’s grand relaunch project. He proudly affirmed the company’s commitment to excellence and their ability to merge tradition with innovation harmoniously. His affirmation came in the wake of a successful financial report from the shipyard, which recorded a satisfactory €96.8 million revenue in the first quarter of 2025.
