47m Prize-winning Yacht M Sold, Continuing the Success Story of Sanlorenzo's 500EXP Series

Published: 03 Sep 2025
Sanlorenzo's acclaimed 47m explorer yacht M, a shining star of the 500EXP series, has been sold, marking a significant transaction in the world of luxury yachting.

In the world where luxury meets the sea, Sanlorenzo’s award-winning 47-metre yacht M has found a new owner. Seller representation came from Fraser’s Dennis Frederiksen and Daria Pop, along with David Westwood of TWW Yachts. Meanwhile, Gaspard Milazzo and Alban Guillot from G-Yachts made the introduction to the buyer.

Delivered in 2024, M was the newest vessel to emerge from the famed Italian shipyard’s 500EXP series. It embraced a design by Francesco Paszkowski Design built with steel and aluminium. The unique aesthetics of the yacht, featuring a striking dark grey hull against a clean white superstructure, immediately drew attention. The interior, lauded for its thoughtful layout customised by Studio Indigo, cinched the coveted trophy under the “Displacement Motor Yachts - 499GT and below, 46m and above” category at the 2025 World Superyacht Awards.

The yacht’s elegance is accentuated by the warm combination of dark wood and cream furnishings under abundant natural light. Social spaces abound – a chic beach club, a sundeck complete with an observation lounge, sun loungers, and a Jacuzzi. For a better view, guests can ascension to another relaxed setting, the sky lounge, through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors.

The M, at 15 knots top speed powered by twin 1,900hp Caterpillar engines, has a cruising range of 4,300 nautical miles at 12.5 knots. She remains under warranty and compliments her commercial registration with IMO Tier III emission compliance.
