Celebrating the Sale of the Seventh Moonen 122 Martinique to a Well-Versed American Enthusiast
Moonen Yachts proudly announced the sale of the seventh offering in its distinguished Martinique series, the 37.4-metre Moonen 122 Martinique YN205. The deal, the second in-house sale since the appointment of IYC as Moonen’s global sales partner, was executed through Matthew Stone and Richard Gray, both of whom also act as global representatives for Moonen Yachts. An experienced, discerning American yachtsman, captivated by the model’s open-plan layout and harmonious relationship between indoor and outdoor living, acquired the under-construction yacht.
The Dutch yard’s focus on craftsmanship and personalisation is eloquently mirrored through the interiors, conceived by Hollander Yacht Design. The vessel, a remarkable blend of steel and aluminium, boasts of exterior styling by René van der Velden and naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design. The client has sought several unique elements, one of them being a Jacuzzi.
Being powered by twin Caterpillar engines and promising a high speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14.5 knots, the 345GT Moonen 122 Martinique will be delivered later this year. After the delivery, the motor yacht will leave the Netherlands to reach its homeport on the East Coast of the United States.
