Published: 15 Jun 2025
The Amels 60 lineage adds a new member to its fleet, dubbed 'Memories'. Preparing to make waves, this superyacht is ready for a lively charter season.

The latest jewel in the crown of the Amels 60 series, the vessel named ‘Memories’, embarks on a fresh journey with open horizons, poised to command the charter season. A private yacht naming ceremony that took place at the Dutch shipyard brought ancipation to a crescendo. The 60-meter marvel made its debut voyage from Damen Yachting’s Vlissingen facility in the Netherlands, following rigorous sea trials held in April. Marking a landmark collaboration, this hull raises the curtain for the British studio Harrison Eidsgaard’s exquisite design, with the superyacht flaunting a ‘beach house’ interior.

Even though the owner is expected to utilize this luxurious cruiser for personal voyages, charter exploitation stands as a formidable pillar. Changes were introduced to the beach club, owner’s areas, and sundeck during its fabrication. ‘Memories’, beyond being a remarkable artifact of craftsmanship and innovation, encapsulates an indomitable shared passion for excellence. The living spaces are an aesthetic confluence of stainless steel, bronze, fluted details, and natural oak elements. Bren Harrison’s design encapsulates the essence of a beach house luxury in an ‘undeniably contemporary’ vessel. With a full dive center, posh accommodation for 12 guests, and a luxurious beach club with a sauna and gym equipment, ‘Memories’ is all set to set course towards her first main destination in Ibiza.
