Global Yacht Technology, French innovators in the yachting industry, proudly unveils Anahita - a groundbreaking 31-metre trimaran yacht.

French engineering pioneers, Global Yacht Technology continues breaking boundaries with the introduction of Anahita, their new 31-metre trimaran yacht model. The Brittany-based company took the stage at Metstrade to reveal their latest creation, adding that imminently, this limited-production masterpiece will sail the high seas with the first unit already under construction.

Onboard, Anahita boasts 123 square metres of fully customisable living space. Internal features include a panoramic owner’s suite with direct deck access, crew quarters, and adaptable living areas tailored to clients’ preferences. The exterior design incorporates a large cockpit, expansive decks, and forward trampolines, or the ‘forward deck garden marine,’ summing up to 160 square metres. The conception of the trimaran owes a significant inspiration to the water strider insect. VPLP’s Yann Prummel elucidated that mirroring the speed, stability, and precision of the water strider gave Anahita her unique profile. As Prummel likened the yacht to a wind-driven vessel, his design aimed to capture the tension and fluidity characteristic of a Formula 1 or aviation fuselage. In the end, Anahita emerges victorious, balancing the sleekness of a racing yacht with the luxury of a cruising yacht, possessing a unique identity.

Anahita’s performance expectations transpire an optimistic picture with cruising speeds projected at 25 knots, capable of conquering the Atlantic in just six days. Additionally, a shallow two-metre draft enables exploration of secluded, preserved anchorages. This triumphant unveiling of Anahita by Global Yacht Technology signifies a pivotal moment in the evolution of yacht design.
