The Nimbus 495 Coupé is set to reshape liveaboard cruising with its advanced features tailored for extended stays on water.

Nimbus has introduced yet another masterpiece, the Nimbus 495 Coupé. Unlike its flybridge counterparts, this vessel is designed specifically for extended liveaboard cruising, offering comfort, practicality, and understated elegance. It presents as a viable solution for those planning to explore Europe and America’s Great Loop inland waterways.

The Nimbus 495 Coupé is built with a larger sunroof and exterior awning system. This structure affords the luxury of shading the saloon while maintaining ventilation. Furthermore, the removal of the flybridge staircase has cleared the way for a more spacious galley, accommodating two workers and offering additional storage space. Another new addition is the aft locker where wet gear can be stored safely, keeping the interior dry and tidy.

A unique feature of the Nimbus 495 Coupé is the electrically foldable mast which reduces the air draft to less than 11ft 6in. This modification opens up the possibility of traversing the inland waterways of Europe and America’s Great Loop. The vessel sports a traditional mahogany interior, offering a warm ambience favoured by long-term liveaboard cruisers.

Equipped with an easy-to-navigate helm, wide starboard side deck, intuitive driver aids, and a spacious cockpit, the 495 Coupé is a breeze to drive, even for novices. It is crafted with a robust yet lightweight vacuum-infused hull that is designed for refined cruising. The optimized design and construction ensure low sound levels while cruising at high speeds.

With its diverse range of features, the Nimbus 495 Coupé revolutionises the concept of long-term cruising, bringing a new level of ease and comfort to the boating experience.
