Unveiling the Aquaspirit 7m RIB: Cutting Through Waves with Ample Space for Guests
Aquaspirit, a reputable Ukrainian boat builder, is making waves with the introduction of their 7m Rigid Inflatable Boat, a nautical marvel offering exceptional sea-keeping prowess coupled with an increased cockpit space for guest comfort. The brilliance of the Aquaspirit 7m RIB lies primarily in its innovative use of D-shaped inflatable tubes, setting it apart from traditional RIBs. Not only does it lend to essential structural integrity, but it does so without encroaching upon the cockpit space. This ingenious design element capitalizes on every bit of available area, providing enhanced internal space that outperforms any other 7m RIB currently in the market. The vessel, unveiled at the Trailboat Show in Basingstoke, showcases an appealing seating arrangement. Enhanced by the increased beam, the boat encompasses a welcoming C-shaped bench at the stern dovetailed with a smaller, aft-facing ensemble encircling a folding table. A secondary seating area upfront allows for additional lounging and can be effortlessly converted into a sizeable sunpad. Basic culinary facilities such as a fridge and cooking station situated under the helm seats, along with a centre console housing a camping-style toilet, ticks all the boxes required for extended day-boating escapades. The 7m RIB’s sturdy aluminium hull is angled at a 22-degree deadrise, hinting at its powerful wave-cutting ability. Coupled with a 250hp Suzuki outboard, it hits top speeds of 50 knots. While the build quality leans more towards decent than exceptional, the vessel is replete with commendable features including black powder-coated grab rails and cleats. Priced at a reasonable £89,995, inclusive of VAT and a road trailer, it’s an investment any aquatic aficionado would relish.
