AB Yachts Brings Automotive Inspiration to High Seas in Their New AB 110S Yacht

Italian luxury yacht builder, AB Yachts, part of Next Yacht Group, has just added another feather in its cap with the introduction of a new sporty model, AB 110S. This 33.7-metre model is a testament to cross-sector design collaboration, as it marks the brand’s first partnership with automotive design specialist, EXE Design.

Taking inspiration from the automotive industry, the AB 110S isn’t just a regular yacht. It stands out with a raked-back windshield and a narrow, lightweight profile that screams speed and sophistication. It also features dual decks and a flybridge, providing ample space for guests.

The main deck also exudes charm with an inviting cockpit sunbathing area and a tastefully designed bar unit that caters to both the yacht’s interior and exterior. The bow also houses a ‘flying couch’, a raised, wrap-around sofa that offers panoramic sea views.

Not to be outdone by the glowing exterior features, the accommodation is for up to 10 guests in its four staterooms, all found on the lower deck.

In line with its sporty appeal, the AB 110S, powered by three MAN V12X-2200 engines, can reach a heart-racing speed of 48 knots, while ensuring a noise-free journey thanks to its total engine room soundproofing.

This launch reveals the ambition of AB Yachts to push the boundaries of design and technology. With nine yacht projects on order or under construction, this behemoth of the yachting industry proves its place at the forefront of innovative luxury yacht design.
