Sunseeker Martinique 36 - An Owner's Review

Typically powered by twin Volvo Penta diesel engines, such as the AQAD41 or AD41 models delivering 200hp each, the Martinique 36 combines efficiency with power. Some boats have been re-engined or upgraded, like a 1990 model reconditioned in 2003 with Volvo Penta KAD 42 engines and new DPE outdrives, enhancing reliability. The boat’s fuel capacity of around 660 litres and freshwater capacity of 204 litres make it suitable for extended coastal cruising.

The runner-up position was claimed by the Southampton-based team ‘Laa Laa’ (1-48) which featured former Formula 2 Grand Prix racing driver Dean Stoneman, achieving an impressive speed of 93.
