The year 2025 marked a significant turning point in the landscape of superyacht refits, with radical redesigns, engineering marvels and unprecedented transformations leaving an indelible mark on the global fleet.
Starting the parade of audacious makeovers was the 79.2-metre Delta Marine superyacht Moonstone. Redelivered after a transformative 26-month refit at Damen Yachting’s site, it showcased seven-metre hull extension, a beach club, a wellness centre, an expansive pool, and increased lounge areas, upscaling the existing François Zuretti interiors. Harrison Eidsgaard deftly oversaw both exterior and interior transformations, and introduced major engineering upgrades that ensured stability despite increased volume. Moonstone sailed out as a re-evolved Delta Marine flagship, majestic, yet faithful to her original DNA.
