The illustrious Benik, a 41-metre motor yacht fashioned by renowned builders Heesen, has made her debut in the yacht sales market. Now being represented by Costas Dimopoulos of IYC, Benik is set to dazzle potential buyers with her pristine condition and full charter readiness. The yacht has recently undergone a €3,500,000 refit and is now ready for immediate use, boasting great potential for fruitful charter or private use.
The yacht’s inviting quarters are nestled in the heart of Athens, Greece, from where she rightly demands her asking price of €9,500,000. Further enchancing her appeal, Benik’s interior is a masterclass in contemporary luxury, skilfully penned by Omega Architects. The intelligent layout gives an air of spaciousness that strikes a perfect balance with the calming, elegant atmosphere.
November 2025 witnessed a notable surge in brokerage yacht sales, driven in large part by high-value transactions and an influx of fresh listings. The presented data reveals 31 yachts were sold, with the combined going-total reaching an impressive €473.8 million—a remarkable increase from €329.7 million recorded from 29 sales in the same month in 2024.
The high-dollar deals included the sale of Lürssen’s 55.5-metre Moon Sand for €65 million. The motor yacht, just out of a refit, was brokered by Edmiston and Cecil Wright, while Denison Yachting introduced the buyer. Among the 31 transactions, two were new-build yachts—the Maiora 42 Exuma and horizon FD80 yacht Hull 15, selling for €28 million and €6.5 million, respectively.
