An epitome of luxurious comfort and precision engineering, the 38.2-metre Maori Yachts motor yacht K+ has sailed onto the sales front, with a prestigious tag of €14,500,000. The vessel comes under the joint central agentage of Denison Yachting and SuperYachtsMonaco, providing a backing as prominent as the yacht itself.
Built by the renowned Italian shipyard Maori Yachts and launched in 2023, the stunning exteriors of the K+ are a showcase of the architectural marvel by Marco Ciampa Architecture & Design Studio, beautifully complemented by the naval architecture designs of NavalHead. Only seen privately so far, the yacht has been nurtured in pristine ’turn-key’ condition, making it primed for the next voyage.
The 36.8-metre superyacht known as Ourway has recently made a fabulous transaction. In an in-house trade, Eugenio Cannarsa and Peter Redford of Fraser Australia represented both sides of the deal, lending their expert knowledge of luxury sea vessels. Ourway, an explorer yacht of the highest standard, was constructed by the acclaimed Australian shipyard, Tenix Defence, in 2005. Following a rigorous two-year rebuild completed in 2020, the vessel showcases brand-new systems and an interior makeover to glide into the modern era in style.
