With an aura of grandeur, the Beneteau Swift Trawler 54 has sailed into the hearts of maritime enthusiasts at the Southampton Boat Show. Brimming with advanced design principles, this vessel breathes new life into the long line of high-volume long-distance cruising boats. While the aesthetic is in sync with the traditional styling of the smaller Swift Trawler models, the superb internal design steals the show.

The ingenuity lies in the deliberate compartmentalisation of the interiors by the Beneteau designers. Eschewing the common trend of continuous open spaces, they have created discernable zones in each level, lending an air of homeliness like never before. The saloon boasts three sections—a plush upper dinette adjoining the helm, a cosy lower lounge along with a coffee table, and an intermediary transverse galley. This clever arrangement allows for communication with ease, with a sliding galley door providing access to the port side deck.
