Greeting the arrival of lighter winds, the A rigs finally graced the scene at East Kent Radio Sailing Club’s Spring Series. As the series moved into its sixth week, 15 entries beckoned, and nine audacious sailors ventured over 16 races in a halcyon 6-10 knot breeze. The breezy whispers from the north-east wound over the Thames Estuary, providing a temperate airforce with little to no significant shifts. The race track was under the careful observance of Ralph Wilkinson as Officer, with Dave Tomlinson expertly setting the course.
