November 2025 witnessed a notable surge in brokerage yacht sales, driven in large part by high-value transactions and an influx of fresh listings. The presented data reveals 31 yachts were sold, with the combined going-total reaching an impressive €473.8 million—a remarkable increase from €329.7 million recorded from 29 sales in the same month in 2024.
The high-dollar deals included the sale of Lürssen’s 55.5-metre Moon Sand for €65 million. The motor yacht, just out of a refit, was brokered by Edmiston and Cecil Wright, while Denison Yachting introduced the buyer. Among the 31 transactions, two were new-build yachts—the Maiora 42 Exuma and horizon FD80 yacht Hull 15, selling for €28 million and €6.5 million, respectively.
The ‘Amore’, an exquisite product of US yard Christensen, is now on the brokerage market. Built in 2005, this premium motor yacht offers an experience of a lifetime to its dwellers. Amore was constructed under the astute supervision of a well-versed yachtsman having close connections with the shipyard.
The magnificence of the yacht lay in her construction, an in-house design crafted in GRP and beautiful interiors by Carol Williamson & Associates. The cabin, featuring walnut walls, hosts world-class marble inlay and stonework. Recently, Amore claimed a price tag of $19,500,000.
In 2022, a radical refit costing $2.8 million was undertaken in Fort Lauderdale. The refit added a new paint job, overhauled the engine, and upgraded the galley. Accommodations were updated with the replacement of the interior and exterior soft furnishings in 2021. Further, she is certified fit, having successfully completed a 15-year ABS special survey in 2020.
