Stunning 38m Royal Hakvoort Motor Yacht Perle Bleue Undergoes a Further Price Drop
The distinguished 38m Royal Hakvoort Motor Yacht Perle Bleue has experienced a fundamental drop in price, now being listed for €6.75M, VAT included. The resale of this luxury yacht has recently been under joint central agency involving Richard Lambert of Burgess and Thom Conboy and Chris Collins of Ocean Independence.
The Perle Bleue was designed by acclaimed Diana Yacht Design and adorned with an interior by Donald Starkey. This Dutch gem, constructed of resilient steel and aluminium, was former handed over to its owner in 2007. Despite having an extensive refit in 2013, the yacht has been meticulously maintained and was last spotted departing STP Shipyard Palma in April 2024.
A chief aspect to note is the yacht’s mini entertainment hub: its main saloon features comfortable seating, two card tables, and a convertible dining area. The skylounge sports massive windows that allow natural light to flood the space. It also houses another card table and massive television for casual viewing.
However, the sun deck is the standout, sporting an impressive Teppanyaki grill, a Jacuzzi, a 10-guest ‘sit-up’ wet bar and a forward-facing observation sofa. This generously spaced deck allows for open-air dining, which can be enjoyed on the aft deck as well. Thanks to the yacht’s twin 650hp Caterpillar diesel engines, it possesses a top speed of 13 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 10-knot cruising speed. With this new price reduction, total savings on Perle Bleue now tally up to a staggering €3,750,000 since re-entering the brokerage market in 2024. The yacht, currently docked at Antibes, France, is an opportunity waiting to be seized.
