In a move heralding further expansion into the American market, esteemed Italian shipyard, Tankoa Yachts, has revealed the sale of their stunning fully custom 72-meter superyacht, christened the T720 Fenice, to a stateside client. The deal signifies Tankoa’s surging presence in the 70-meter-plus superyacht landscape.

From inception, the T720 Fenice project was envisioned around the precise brief of the owner. This bespoke feat of marine craftsmanship is the product of a premiere collaborative effort with design studio Team for Design - Enrico Gobbi. Taking Tankoa’s vision to new horizons, this marked the debut partnership between the design studio and the shipbuilder.

The T720 Fenice design is an evolution of the earlier T680 Fenice concept, showcasing a more advanced and refined aesthetic. True to Tankoa’s commitment to a collaborative process, the yacht’s owner has maintained an intimate involvement from the outset, playing a pivotal role in defining the yacht’s unique specifications.
