Unraveling the Pleasure of Dual Boat Ownership: A Cliffnote to the Aquador 32C and Yamarin 59HT Experience

The experience riverside farm-owners have with their Aquador 32C and Yamarin 59HT offer convincing reasons why two boats might just be better than one.

Boating is not simply a hobby, it is a lifestyle. Imagine being a farm owner with a homestead overseeing the idyllic Fal Estuary. This farm–a picturesque peninsula featuring a launching beach and a couple of deepwater moorings–is more than a haven for boat lovers; it’s a paradise. When this location is in question, one might only require a single boat for their sailing pleasures. Yet, there is something to be said about owning two: an Aquador 32C called Molly, and a Yamarin 59HT, lovingly referred to as Sula.

However, the joy of boating doesn’t end with the coming of winter. Molly is afloat from early May to end of September, but for the colder months, Sula’s simplicity comes to the rescue. The ease of getting it into the water and experiencing the chilly sea breeze is a major delight for boaters. Moreover, the Yamarin, which holds the pride of Finnish boat building, runs on a 115hp Yamaha outboard and presents remarkable performance in rough seas.

The big question then remains- what happens to Sula once Molly embarks? There are, after all, very few Yamarin 59HTs in Britain. To add, there exists an undefined charm with a larger boat. However, with more than enough storage space and a world tormented by financial uncertainties, investing in a boat seems like a much better option. So, they stayed, both of them, making for memorable adventures, ecstatic voyages, and a lifetime of sailing ecstasy.

A boat is freedom, it’s adventure, and it’s the thrill of the open sea. And having two of them? Well, that’s just plain sailing!
