At Düsseldorf Boat Show, Boarnstream Yachting Unveils the Luxuriously Robust Boarncruiser Ocean 53 Sport

Boarnstream Yachting is turning heads with its latest masterpiece, the Boarncruiser Ocean 53 Sport, a blend of toughness and luxury.

The Düsseldorf Boat Show was the stage for Boarnstream Yachting to reveal their newest creation, the Boarncruiser Ocean 53 Sport. This steel beauty marks over 60 years of experience by the Dutch shipbuilder in creating robust yet luxurious steel boats. Perfectly blending resilience with opulence, this Category A long-distance motor yacht stands as a testimony to the ingenuity of Boarnstream Yachting.

The Ocean 53 Sport differentiates itself with a semi-displacement hull, designed to provide comfort and efficiency to those on board. Powering this luxury yacht are twin Cummins QSB 6.7L engines, generating between 305-480hp each.

The design includes a Hull Vane at the transom, a submerged wing that provides a touch of lift at the aft end. This clever feature reduces pitching at sea, enhancing efficiency, diminishing wake size, and improving stability throughout the rev range. It’s this boat’s secret weapon to achieve a top speed of 16 knots!

The deck plans present a practical design for avid cruisers, incorporating a dual helm with a skipper’s side door and a sociable portside dinette. Further features include a galley spread across the central walkway and a U-shaped dinette at the aft end. Below deck, guests will find an owner’s cabin, a VIP room, a bunk room, and two bathrooms.

The semi-custom yacht is engineered with prioritising uninterrupted decks and easy access. Customers will be able to customise almost all features, bar the hull and superstructure, making it a vessel that can be truly tailored to individual preference and requirements.
