Westport Yachts breaks from dock with the first yacht of its innovative 41-meter Raised Pilothouse series

One of America’s largest yacht builders, Westport Yachts has tasted the saltwater with its first magnificent 41-meter yacht from its new Raised Pilothouse series.

An important milestone in the tantalizing chronicles of yachting has been reached. Westport Yachts, a stalwart in the American shipbuilding industry, has officially launched its first yacht from the freshly minted 41-meter Raised Pilothouse (RPH) series. The construction of this groundbreaking motor yacht began back in 2024 in Westport’s cutting-edge facilities located in the Olympic Peninsula, Washington. Alongside it started the construction of two other hulls, all part of the same riveting RPH series.

The maiden voyage for the showgirl of the Westport’s RPH series is scheduled for completion following vigorous sea trials, following which she will take to the stage in all her grandeur at the 2026 Palm Beach International Boat Show. Donned as the ’enhanced Westport 125’, this 41-meter semi-custom model is touted as the crown jewel of Westport’s ’next-generation’ of motor yachts.

The interior of this marine marvel is a combination of luxury and practicality. It boasts a sizeable salon and dining area on the main deck designed to foster an ‘indoor-outdoor’ flow. Forward of this, there is a homey country-style galley and a generous skylounge to provide guests with unparalleled relaxation. Let’s not forget about the sun deck replete with a hot tub, bar, and a beach-club-style transom. Accommodation is lavishly provided for 10 guests in a five-cabin configuration which includes a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck.

In yet another demonstration of Westport’s popularity, hulls two and three have already been sold. With hull two scheduled for delivery in September this year, and hull three in early 2027, it’s safe to say Westport’s vision is in high demand!

Daryl Wakefield, president of Westport, couldn’t hide his excitement. Nothing seals the deal better than market response. The early sales success of hulls two and three, he believes, is the seal of approval from the market for this newcomer to Westport’s armada.
