The year 2025 will soon be adorned with the splendour of the highly-anticipated Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta. In partnership with the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, entries for the regatta are now officially open. Mark your yachting calendars for 27 to 31 May 2025, as the event looks set to revolutionize the start of the superyacht racing season in the Mediterranean. With yachts of 80 feet and over eligible to participate, the regatta is promising to be a larger-than-life experience. There’s no lack of innovation either. The 2025 edition introduces a new Corinthian Spirit division, aimed at making the preparation of yachts simpler and reducing the number of professional racers required on board. The event continues to be open to multihulls of 50 feet and over. The event will also host the Southern Wind RendezVous & Trophy, courtesy of the long-standing collaboration with the respective shipyard. Now in its 19th edition, the RendezVous invites Southern Wind owners to Porto Cervo for a captivating sail around the scenic islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago.
