Uncover the plush interior of the world's grandest superyacht REV Ocean, a stunning, eco-conscious marine wonder ready to set sail in the near future.

The world’s largest superyacht is already inviting gasps of awe, never has vessel possessed such harmonious blend of opulence and eco-conscious design priorities. The majestic REV Ocean, measuring an impressive 194.9 metres, has just unveiled its sumptuous interior renderings, courtesy of the yacht’s central agency for charter, Burgess. This announcement comes in quick succession to exciting news that this high-profile vessel will soon depart from its construction site, Vard’s facilities in Norway, setting sail towards the Netherlands. Here, the vessel will be meticulously outfitted over the coming 15 to 18 months at Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen.

Once it’s complete, REV Ocean plans to spend a quarter of its time chartering. The rest of the time? The yacht will moonlight as a platform for delivering science projects specifically designed to foster marine conservation efforts. Interestingly, the charter fees accumulated from these explorations will supplement REV Ocean’s scientific work and philanthropic endeavours.

Not just a yacht, REV Ocean is Kjell Inge Røkke’s sea-faring dream. The owner and accomplished Norwegian businessman envisions the yacht’s future as a ‘platform for gathering knowledge’, welcoming researchers, environmental groups, and educational institutions on board to identify innovative solutions to challenges associated with our seas.

Although primarily a homage to marine conservation, one cannot deny the yacht’s ultra-luxe offerings. Designed with the help of the industry-renowned Espen Øino, REV Ocean features plenty of outdoor lounges, a tennis court, a swimming pool and a full-fledged spa.

Deeper beneath its glitz and glamour, you’ll find advanced oceanography equipment facilitating the survey of marine areas, currents, the seabed, and the rich biodiversity of the ocean. The yacht boasts a dedicated submarine hangar, an additional science lab, and a HiPAP system to track undersea gadgets. Equipped with an on-board metal shop and a state-of-the-art 3D printing facility, the team hits to the high seas with a level of self-sufficiency unparalleled in marine explorations.

Committing itself to liveliness, REV Ocean will feature a media room for hosting live-streamed podcasts and interviews. Its team is already in dialogue with documentary filmmakers from esteemed platforms such as Netflix and Disney. As REV Ocean CEO Nina Jensen teases, expect enlightening and inspiring conversations from notable personalities aboard the vessel.

To top it all off, the REV Ocean has been designed with an acute environmental consciousness. Boasting a fuel-efficient design, the yacht will include an energy recovery rudder system, medium speed engines, diesel-electric propulsion and an exhaust cleaning system. As we build our anticipation for its scheduled Q4 2026 delivery, it’s clear the REV Ocean represents a new era for superyachts: one where luxury, conservation and adventure seamlessly coincide.
